School budgets are not business budgets. Procurement processes are different. Budget cycles are different. And the tolerance for disruption during term time is zero. Keeley Travis understands all of it. We have been supplying and managing print for schools, nurseries, and multi-academy trusts across the UK for over two decades - and we have built an education-specific offer that works within the constraints that school business managers actually face. ## The education offer #### Near-new refurbished hardware at half the running cost Keeley Travis supplies professionally remanufactured Konica Minolta copiers specifically selected for education use. These are not second-hand machines - they are fully refurbished devices in near-new condition, running at approximately half the cost of equivalent new hardware. #### A 5-year warranty as standard Every education device comes with a 5-year warranty - the same peace of mind you would expect from a new machine, at a significantly lower cost. #### A fully managed service Toner, maintenance, repairs, parts, and call-out are all covered under one monthly arrangement. Your office staff have one number to call. We handle the rest. - Guaranteed maximum 4-hour engineer call-out response - Automated toner monitoring - replacement despatched before devices run low - Remote device monitoring - we identify issues before they affect your team - Flexible arrangements suited to school budget cycles and procurement requirements ## Multi-site and multi-academy trust supply If you manage print across multiple schools or sites, Keeley Travis is already doing this at scale. We currently supply a national nursery group with over 200 sites and copiers. Multi-site is not an exception for us - it is our preference. ## PaperCut print management For schools that need to manage print volumes, control costs, and safeguard printing access, Keeley Travis can supply and configure PaperCut print management software alongside your hardware. We will provide full details on request. ## What you can expect Significant reduction in print running costs versus new hardware A 5-year warranty removing the risk associated with refurbished equipment Flexible procurement arrangements that work within your budget cycle A supplier with proven experience working in education environments Nationwide engineer coverage with a 4-hour call-out guarantee ## Common Questions Are the refurbished machines reliable enough for school use?  Yes. Every device is fully remanufactured to near-new condition and backed by a 5-year warranty. Reliability is comparable to new hardware.  Can you supply multiple schools or a whole trust?  Absolutely - and it is our preferred arrangement. We already manage print across multi-site estates at scale.  Do you understand school procurement requirements?  Yes. We work with schools and trusts across the UK and are experienced in supporting the procurement and approval processes that come with the education sector.  Can you work within our budget cycle?  Yes. Arrangements are structured to suit school financial years and budget timelines.  ## Who we work with ### Kids Planet Over 200 nurseries nationwide ![kids\_planet](https://www.keeley-travis.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/kids_planet.webp?width=213&height=104&name=kids_planet.webp) ### Corpus Christi Primary Oldham ![92JYGBDx\_400x400](https://www.keeley-travis.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/92JYGBDx_400x400.png?width=120&height=120&name=92JYGBDx_400x400.png)   ### Wilbraham Primary Manchester ![images (1)](https://www.keeley-travis.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/images%20(1).jpg?width=119&height=118&name=images%20(1).jpg)   ### Limehurst Primary Oldham ![G5x-6gN3\_400x400](https://www.keeley-travis.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/G5x-6gN3_400x400.jpg?width=120&height=120&name=G5x-6gN3_400x400.jpg)   ## Request a quote for your school ## Ready to streamline your business?    Free, no-obligation consultation    Tailored solution recommendations    Transparent pricing — no hidden costs ### Book a Discovery Call Choose a time that suits you and speak to an expert about the right solution for your business.
