LIVE: Recurring Online Orders

Now you'll never run out of...well, whatever it is you use most regularly. We've introduced recurring orders on our website to make your life easier.

If you find yourself re-ordering the same stuff every week or month, then save yourself the hassle of placing that order and set up a recurring order online now. Once that's done, you'll never need to do it again.

How does it work?

Setting up a recurring order is very simple. Just follow these steps and you'll be up and running in no time.

Start by logging in and clicking on "Your Account" at the top of the page.

Your shop menu will pop out from the right - just click "Recurring Orders" to start making your first recurring order.

You can set up as many as you like on your account for different types of orders, different recurring order dates and different delivery addresses.

Start by naming your order - something informative and memorable so you know what it is in the future.

Pick the FIRST delivery date you want to receive your order, then how often you want the order delivering. Maybe every week for milk, every month for paper supplies and every three months for printer ink, for example.

On the right you'll see the dates of your next five deliveries calculated from what you choose. Once you're happy click the green "Next" button to finish setting up the order.

Your order details will be filled on based on your account settings, but you do have the option to edit them to suit the specifics of your recurring order.

Next you add the products you want to your order. Search by name or product code, click the product and it will get added. You can add as many products as you want to the order.

Finally, choose your payment method. For our customers you will choose Charge to Credit Account as normal. Card payment is not currently available.

And that's it, you have set up your first recurring order and you don't need to do anything else to ensure a steady supply of your most used office supplies.

To see all the recurring orders you have set up, click "Your Account" "Recurring Orders" again.

From here you can delete orders you no longer need or even pause them for a time if you're finding yourself a little over-stocked.

You have full control of your recurring orders at all times so you can be sure that you'll never run out of key supplies again.
