We'll assist in purchasing your Microsoft 365 licences, your laptops, desktops and peripherals and manage and support your IT infrastructure.

When combined with our other managed services, including office copiers, business phone, business broadband and business mobile, you benefit from an all encompassing, single point of contact supporting you right across your business.

Local IT Service and Support

Specialising in small to medium-sized businesses across Manchester and the north west, our affordable packages start from as little as £10/user/month and are designed to provide the level of support you need - no more and certainly no less.

Our IT helpdesk will assist in computer set-ups, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support and email and infrastructure security, either remotely or onsite.

Bronze Support

Keep your computers maintained and your people supported with everyday remote help, software updates, password resets and starter and leaver administration. Advanced technical support is available when needed, at an additional charge.

Silver Support

Everything in Bronze, with advanced remote troubleshooting, specialist escalation, Microsoft 365 support and managed endpoint security included.

Gold Support

Everything in Silver, plus Microsoft 365 backup, email security and phishing protection. An annual IT review helps you plan equipment replacements and future improvements.

Packages cover one managed laptop or desktop per user during business hours. Microsoft 365 licences, hardware, onsite visits, server and network support, projects and printer servicing are quoted separately. Standard laptop setup is delivered remotely; delivery and substantial data migration are additional. Software updates cover supported applications. SLAs available upon request.

Common Questions

What will it cost?

We charge on a per user, per month basis so it's easy to manage your monthly costs. You can amend your package and user count as required on a month by month basis, so you never pay more than you need to.

Do you only cover Microsoft products?

We can provide support for other software too, including Google Workspace. Please enquire for more information.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Call us - we'll raise a ticket with the helpdesk and they will respond within our SLAs to support you.
