You should know exactly what happens when something goes wrong before you commit to a supplier. Here's what you get with us.

For managed print customers

  • Guaranteed maximum 4-hour call-out response - we'll have an engineer with you the same day in the vast majority of cases
  • Remote device monitoring - we know about faults before you do in many instances
  • Automated toner management - replacement toner is despatched to you before your device runs low, with no ordering required on your part
  • A bespoke ticketing system that keeps you updated at every stage of a call-out - no chasing, no uncertainty
  • All maintenance, servicing, repairs, parts, and consumables covered under your contract

For DocuWare customers

  • Direct access to our in-house DocuWare System Consultant for technical queries and system issues
  • Ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Proactive identification of further automation opportunities as your business grows and your needs change
  • Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with same-day response

For phone and mobile customers

  • A single point of contact at Keeley Travis - not a network call centre
  • Support for handset issues, contract queries, and technical faults handled directly by us
