A cloud-hosted phone system delivers all the features of a traditional phone system - hunt groups, voicemail, call recording, IVR, auto-attendant, and call reporting - via your existing broadband connection rather than physical hardware.

Every user gets a direct number that works on a desk phone, a softphone on their laptop, or the mobile app on their personal device. When someone calls your office number, it reaches the right person regardless of where they are sitting.

And because the system lives in the cloud, adding a user, creating a new hunt group, or updating a call flow does not require an engineer visit.

Does it work with Microsoft Teams?

Yes - via Operator Connect, your Teams environment and your phone system work together.

What happens if our broadband goes down?

Call us - we handle it. Where required, we can provide backup connectivity via 4G or 5G to keep calls running.

Is it hosted only, or can we have an on-site system?

We provide hosted cloud phone systems only. On-site PBX hardware is not something we supply - and for most businesses, it is not something they need.

Does it support remote and hybrid working?

Yes, by design. Staff can use the same number and features from any location, on any device.
